Cory began his career in his home state of Arkansas with Senator Mark Pryor’s reelection campaign and regularly advises candidates, political action committees (PACs), labor unions, and Fortune 500 companies to meet electoral objectives. Cory reaches voters traditionally deemed "too expensive" using electoral science, hyper-targeting, and campaign material that resonates — opening up new pathways to victory come election day.

Katy is a political and policy strategist with wide-ranging experience in public affairs, government relations, strategic communications, and nonprofit management. She has led national pro-democracy coalitions for public education, LGBTQI+ equality, the separation of religion and government, and nondiscrimination in federally funded programs.
Katy was appointed by President Biden to serve in the U.S. Department of Education in 2023, first in the Office of the Secretary and later as Chief of Staff in the Office for Civil Rights. In various capacities, she advised senior Administration leaders on policies and programs to foster inclusive learning environments and protect students’ civil and First Amendment rights. Katy has been featured and quoted in the New York Times, Washington Post, NBC News, The Hill, Huffington Post, Voice of America, and more.
